It’s dirty, smells, TV and internet never worked, some ppl had bed bugs, we got stuff stolen out of our room so did some friends. Elevators never worked

The location is good. There is a bus stop just across the street from the hotel on State St. You can take bus #29 and it will take you about 20 min to get to Navy Pier and other touristy locations along the route. Staff was very nice and helpful. Free parking was key for our decision to stay there and you can park pass your check-out time as long as you don’t leave it overnight. Our room was very spacious and clean.
